Had mixed feelings about my insurance company when I first signed up. I had been looking for a new company to insure me because my old insurance company stopped doing business in my state. I went to several places and they either had bad reviews or were priced extremely high.
I finally went back to my old company and they told me that they had another company they were working with that would insure me. the down-payment was pretty high, but the monthly premium was fairly cheap. I signed up with them and was satisfied for a week and a half. I got a letter in the mail informing me that my rates had gone up due to me having another ticket. This anger and scared me because I did not know about another ticket. So I was scared that I was going to lose my job and possibly end up in jail. So I called my insurance agency and they said it was a mistake and the price had went down.
I haven’t had any issues with my company since that time, so I have been pretty happy.
