Add that to the increased number of children running around with frazzled parents chasing after them, and accidents will happen.

Third, speeding in Anaheim is ridiculous. The main roads are long stretches of pavement with larger than normal distances from one stoplight to the next; which makes it perfect to floor it. Couple this with the tourists that have tired feet and are cutting across these roads, as well as children running out into the road, and you have the perfect mix for an accident.
