The CEO of this company should be arrested for Bait and Switch. Never do business with this company. I decided to get insurance from them after they gave me a rate that was 20% cheaper then Progressive. After one month they raise my rate 30% which is now 10% higher then what I was already paying with Progressive. When I called to to complain they said they made a mistake and there was nothing they could do. If I wanted to keep their insurance I had to pay the new rate. I ended up cancelling and going back to Progressive.

Liars. Thieves, no Integrity, Insurance Scammers. That is my opinion, I talked to an agent to get life insurance for my wife for one month, he said “NO PROBLEM” after the month ended, I sent a note to him, and asked him to cancel. Fidelity continued to chard my account (unauthorized) for two additional premiums, I called the company and left a message, they never responded, I believe they did not respond because they wanted to keep stealing my money. I complained to my bank, and the DORA, but of course DORA found no infractions.
If I ever wished for a company to go out of business, I would wish for Fidelity.

WORSE INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!! I was involved in a hit and run accident and called them immediately, they took down all my information including the police report and the license plate number of the other driver who hit me and took off. Its been a week and I have yet to hear back from them. Every time I call them they said they will call me back but have no information on the claim. How is that? I’ve always had State Farm and NEVER had a problem with them but I wanted to save a few bucks this time and now im paying for it. I will never again deal with these guys and suggest you all take my experience into consideration when choosing an insurance company.

I’ve been with Fidelity for many years. They have been able to provide me with fairly inexpensive and satisfactory car insurance. When I got into a car accident this weekend, they were quick to help me out and I was able to receive compensation quickly and easily.
I’ve heard a lot about other auto insurance companies on the internet and on television, and I have to say that Fidelity is not a car insurance company that rips me off, but has fairly average/good deals as far as other car insurance companies go (that is, of course, if you are careful and not get into accidents that raise your rates through the roof) so definitely consider it, it works great for me. 🙂

My car was in a bad accident in the next state. I was in it but was not driving. My insurance company, Fidelity National Property & Casualty since a name change, handled every single thing including the tow bill. They paid every bill, no questions asked (of me). When they found out I am permanently disabled, the agent made a point of making sure I got a decent settlement. I didn’t even need a lawyer! And they only raised my premium a little bit.
More recently, I backed into another vehicle in a parking lot in a snowstorm. I made one phone call, received one phone call, and it was all taken care of. My rates didn’t even go up that time! I have been with the same company for years. Occasionally, I’ll check rates to try and find a better deal. No other company has ever been able to quote a better rate for me. I’ll probably be with this company for the rest of my driving days!
