No Car Insurance Penalties in Oklahoma City
Another way to get your license revoked in Oklahoma City is to drive around without the required car insurance coverage. In addition to the license being revoked, an uninsured driver will also face a fine of up to $250 and possibly 30 days in jail.
To make sure you don’t end up on the bad side of the law make sure that you have no less than $25,000 in property damage liability coverage, $25,000 for bodily injury liability coverage for one person, and $50,000 in bodily liability injury coverage for two or more people. All three of these coverages pay for any damage you do to another person or their property with your vehicle.
